AUDIT

In order to market your property, we first visit and evaluate the property. We check everything related to the building and contents of the property. These homes must meet our quality standards, because our main objective is that the client who stays in your home will return satisfied next spring or summer and recommend us, but we also want you to be satisfied with the state of conservation and comfort of your own home, while HOMING PLACES manages the marketing of your home. Once the audit is done, we propose improvements if that is the case in order to offer a quality accommodation!

CONTRACT

By means of a contract we establish the guidelines, rights and obligations for both parties: “owner” & “our agency”.

CONTROL

We are in charge of controlling regularly your property, checking its state of maintenance, conservation and cleanliness; before and after the stay of our clients. And also when the property is vacant throughout the year.

MAINTENANCE

At the end of the season, we will perform a detailed inspection of your vacation home and provide you with a report with suggestions for possible improvements and a list of necessary repairs.

And the most traditional form of communication: “Word of mouth”. The client receives information of everything that can be visited, of the routes that can be realized, as for example: Roman route, medieval route, route of the monasteries. In our blog we have all the tourist information of the area. Also our client receives recommendations of the best beaches, coves, restaurants, museums and beach bars in the area. They usually have a thousand reasons to enjoy a nice vacation with family or friends, once staying in our houses or apartments for tourist rental!!!
